Time flies—too fast. I can still picture myself in the summer of 2021 walking through the doors of Copibec’s offices with Gilles Herman for my first meeting with the staff. I had no idea what lay ahead, both internally and externally. It’s safe to say there was no shortage of challenges—in fact, they only multiplied. That’s an understatement. But it’s not yet time to look back or say goodbye, because my departure date hasn’t been set yet! The job posting will go up at the end of August, and I’ll be overseeing the transition with the new executive team. Until then, I’m sticking to the plan!
